The biggest Art Walk of the year, Oktoberfest @ Art Walk returns with fan-favorites, polka
band Dan Witucki and Mein Heimatland Musikanten and German folk dance performances
by Dansational. Enjoy a traditional tapping of the keg featuring Bold City Brewery’s German

Representatives from more than 25 local companies will be on-site looking for talented individuals to join their team. Join us for networking opportunities, resource agencies, live music, food truck fare and a resume assistance in the CareerSource computer lab located inside the Library.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14
AID TO HUMANITY, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
A Concert of Hope’s Giving Christian Youth Group bands from all over Florida and Georgia will bring their vocal talents to the main stage for performances to uplift the weary soul and inspire the human spirit. Free medical screenings, flu shots and basic check-ups with the FYM Foundation Medical Volunteers. Free clothing, canned goods and hygiene kits from FYM Foundation Volunteers. The FYM Foundation, a non-profit organization, provides services for people to lead healthy and productive lives, and promotes community development. FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22
PINK PUMP PARADE, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
The City of Jacksonville’s Senior Services division invites local seniors to dress in pink and walk for breast cancer awareness week at Hemming Park, 117 W. Duval Street. Upwards of 400 seniors will walk six blocks downtown in support of survivors, patients and their families who are fighting for a cancer cure. The walking route will include N. on Laura, W. on Church, crossing Hogan, and S. on Julia and E. on Monroe. The walk will commence promptly at 11 a.m. Seniors and guests will reconvene at the park at 11:30 a.m. for a program. TRICK OR TREAT ON THE STREET, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
Get spooky with Downtown Vision during the 5th Annual Trick or Treat on the Street!
On Tuesday, Oct. 31 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., wear your best costumes and get your fill of candy, coupons and other promotional goodies from participating businesses.
