Beer, Bass & BBQ Festival

This exciting music and food festival aims to be a new destination for residents and visitors celebrating the Georgia vs Florida football rivalry weekend in Downtown Jacksonville.
The festival will include a variety of recording artists, a barbeque competition, cold beer, football pep rallies, a live viewing of the Georgia vs Florida football game, a $1,000 Halloween costume contest, Kids Zone, food trucks and more culminating in a high energy concert each night.
Friday’s event will be hosted by celebrity publicist Elora Mason and The Florida Entertainment Summit. Activities include a Georgia-Florida Pep Rally with Supa Chino and live entertainment by Kia Nicole, KG, JaTarra, Ludy and King Myers.
Saturday will be hosted by local favorites Larissa Nazareno of Luxe & Co, Ty Sheeks from Power 106.1FM and KTown Kris. Entertainment includes Duval Wonder, JaTarra, Shawn Isaac, Jane Doe, Sway the Duval Rican, Kris Vega, MJ Baker, Band Be Easy, Rob Campman with IRB & ABeck and Jacksonville’s own 69 Boyz made famous by their hits “Tootsee Roll” and “Da Train.”
Vendors include Meow & Barks Pop Up Shop, Holy Smoke Barbeque, The Potter’s House Soul Food Bistro, Mr. Potato Spread, Team Love Seafood, and more. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and post up with family and friends, but no outside food or drink is allowed.
Event admission is free all day Friday and from 12 – 7 p.m. on Saturday. On Saturday after 7 p.m., entry is $15 for general admission including 1 drink ticket, and $30 for the SX Liquor VIP Experience including 2 drink tickets, free appetizers and premium seating in the SX Angels Lounge. On Friday, $25 gets you all-you-can-drink Budweiser & Bud Light while supplies last. Click the links above to purchase tickets.
Both days are open to the public. You must be 21+ to drink. On-street parking is free after 6 p.m. on Friday and all day Saturday. For more information about parking in Downtown Jacksonville click here. You can also park and ride the JTA Skyway for on Friday until 1am and Saturday until Midnight. It’s free to ride & stops right in Hemming Park.
